On the first one, I would have reraised with A, J suited and try to get some players out of the pot. Whether he would have called with 8, 10 suited we will never know but he probably would have folded. On the flop, I would have raised with the nut flush draw. He misht have called with top pair but he might think twice with the low kicker and slim chance for a flush. The second one there was nothing to do. You were short stacked and pocket kings is a great hand to go all in with. Tough break though.:(

If you are going to raise, be prepared to have a tough post flop decision due to your bad position after the flop. The problem with raising is you do not want to be playing a big pot with a marginal hand out of position if you get callers behind.

I would actually recommend folding here. AJs is not that strong of a hand to be calling a min-raise in UTG+1 (2nd position after BB) with plenty of players left to act behind.

In order I would:
1. Most likely fold
2. Raise to something like 180, but again you don't want to be playing this OOP (out of position) here.
3. Flat call (susceptible to a raise for behind and invites others to call as well, creating a large multi-way pot which is bad for AJs.

Your play continually puzzles me. All in with 9-10 offsuit and folding a min-raise with A-Js? If you're going to fold A-Js to a min raise just because you are out of position, you're pretty much committed to folding everything unless you're on the button. (most poker charts I've read place A-Js as one of the top ten hands). Re-raise that bitch.
