Make em' pay for it if they want to see it. That was the only thing that may have made a difference with the set of 10's in your unbeliveable hands thread. It might not have worked still, but you should have tried it, like you said via PM, hindsight is always 20/20.

Well D I am a pretty good player but there is always room for improvement and as long as I learn from my mistakes I can live with the previous beats. As long as I se SOMETHING I could have done better I am cool! The beats where I can't figure what I did wrong for future reference that really stick in my crawl

I dont think the turn card really hurt you in any way. It didnt help the other player if he was going for a straight, and there would be no reason to think he was on a flush draw, so you could be confident that you had the best hand. I would have tried to milk him for as much as possible...maybe just re-raising the pot to $12 instead of $20. He most likely would have called. But then again, you won the pot and didnt even give him the chance to get a miracle card on the river, so thats not a bad deal either ;)

It was all well played. I agree with Crippler though, you could've raised less and maybe got some extra cash out of him on the river. Nothing wrong with shutting it down though and banking.
