I like isolating the limper and going to 4BB.

Flop
Its sucks a little, that you have top set, because it block most of the top pair combos. It is a draw heavy board though, so I still think, you could have gone larger, but I dont hate this sizing either. Maybe it can even induce some raises, which would be great.

Turn
Now its a dubble flushdraw board, and second or third pair type hands are likely not continuing anyways, especially since the Q is another overcard, that you could potentially have. So here I would put down the hammer and bet big. You can even overbet to like $0,5 and then jam any clean river.

i think it would be better to check the turn and bet big on the river, but still when I think about it the probability of him catching a flush is low and if he catches it he could take all my money in river but if I jam in the river and he has like top pair he could think that i'm bluffing and since he is blocking Q there he could have called but I think it doesn't worth the risk and I don't understand what will jamming on the turn accomplish, would you explain that?
I guess you said it because if bet big on the turn and if he has a queen he could think that i want to bluff him with top pair and since he blocks it he can think of calling

You definitely do not want to check the turn on a board with many different draws. If you do that, you are just giving him a free card to draw out on you, and when draws complete, it also tend to kill the action. Finally you have to bet the turn to build the pot, so you can get a big river bet in on a clean runout. A hand like QX of spades will pay a very large turn bet, and even though you block it, he could also have QJ, that just made top two. Or a worse set, that did not raise the flop.

Dont be so results oriented and regret a bet for value, just because the opponent folded. They are supposed to fold the bottom of their range, and you will get called often enough, when you are betting for value. Of course we ideally want to win a big pot with bet hands, but this can only happen, when we are on the good side of some kind of cooler, or out opponent spazz out. And when the opponent fold, you win the hand, which at the end of the day is far better than losing it.

Standard hand. We have to bet on the turn and they folded. Good for us.
