In this hand because he raised from UTG I didn't reraise preflop but I think I should have done that because he small bet and he had a very wide range
and when the turn came 4 I checked to see what he has, i suspected that he has 4 because he doesn't bet more than 1/2 often, as the matter of fact, I haven't seen him betting that big from the start so fold but I think I had the right equity to call because i was beating two hand and losing only to one, but since i read him like that, I decided to fold, what do you think?

It would be a good spot to 3-bet, but calling is not like a major mistake.

Flop
I can get on board with leading, since its a low board, and you can not rely on someone else always betting for you. Plus its multiway, and between them they could have as many as 12 outs to a higher pair. So its a lead for value but also for protection.

Turn
I would continue to bet here, and if you are going to check, you absolutely have to call. By check-folding, you are giving him way to much credit for always having trips or better. He can even have a worse hand like A6 or 77-88 and bet it for value, when you check to him.

I think you are right about betting here, but how much do you think is good in this spot, something like 1/3pot(smallbet) or 1/2pot bet?
and you're about checking, by checking I let him to force me out of the pot, but if I bet here I could just fold if he would raise big
but I also think that if i would 3bet his 2bet the action would have ended in the preflop anyway.

I dont think, bet sizing matter all that much here, as long as its not an overbet or something. I would tend to use similar sizing on the flop and turn to not let it seem like, I liked or disliked the turn card. Maybe 2/3 pot or something. I agree, that the turn can be bet-folded. At these stakes raises on the turn are massively underbluffed.
