I would never cbet this flop; if your opponent has hit it, they won't fold to a Cbet, and if they haven't hit it, you are good with your Ace high, so you don't need to bluff.

I mean forget GTO, you should ask yourself what a bet accomplishes. The goal is always either to get a better hand to fold (i.e., bet as a bluff) or to get a worse hand to call (i.e., bet for value). Neither seems very likely here. If your hand was worse (if you had KJ, for example) then there'd be more merit in betting to fold our Ace high from your opponent; or if the Flop had a high card, you might be able to get small pairs to fold. Or if you had an overpair, you could try to get small pairs to call you. But as-is, there's no good reason to bet.

On the turn you hit the top pair, so now you can bet for value, trying to get calls from weaker pairs.

I would not min-raise from BTN in a deep stacked cash game, but with that being said, any AX is an open from this seat.

Flop
If you are going to bet at all, it should be a small bet, since the main goal is equity denial and thin value, where maybe some worse hands like K high or wheeldraws will actually call.

Turn
You still lose to a slowplayed 5, so the 8 only helped you, if he has a better A high, 3X, 44, 66 or 77, and how often are such weak hands calling again, and then potentially also calling a river bet? You also hold As making it less likely, he picked up a BDFD, or that it will complete on the river. So while it might look like an "obvious" spot to bet for value with top pair, I would rather check back for pot control with the intention to pick off some bluffs on the river or perhaps go for thin value if checked to, of course depending on the river card.

i agree with the minbet in flop
I mean even he would raise my bet i would fold then
and if he had a weaker hand he would most likely call
and as you said, on the turn worse hand then mine would probably fold but he could have a set and slowplay me and get value out of me

Yes, our bets on the flop and turn are fine. The blinds will call with a chunk of hands and we must try to make it fold. On the turn we got top pair which turned our life easier.
