Betting turn is a mistake, as there are so many 2 pairs, flushes, straights etc. When your opponent raises then folding is fine, but better to just check back and play the river

Preflop
Your 3-bet is a bit large, but I dont mind this in a 2NL game, when someone has also limped in front of the raiser. People are generally going to call to much, so you should not have a lot of light 3-bets anyways.

Flop
I dont think, your small C-bet is a mistake, but personally I would check back this flop. You have a gutshot with two overs, which on paper is a quite strong draw, but you have several things going against you here. One factor is, its a 2-tone board, and you dont have any of the suits on the board. I would rather bet here with AcKh or AhKh than your particular hand, because those hands have more equity and play better on later streets. The other problem is, this board hit his range very hard in a 3-bet pot, so I dont think, you get many folds, and you might get check-raised and face a tough decision already. Finally your overcard outs are only partial outs, since for instance Kc, which actually came, could easily give him two pair, a straight or a flush.

Turn
As Station_Master say, its a significant mistake to bet this turn card. In general there are two reasons to bet the turn. One is to make the opponent fold AKA bluffing, and your hand is clearly to strong for that. The other reason for betting is, that your hand is strong enough to bet both turn and river for value. If the river is a brick, and you can still not bet for value, then you should almost always check back turn for pot control and to keep his range wider.

Another way to think about it, is, if you will have a clear decision, if you get raised. And here the answer is no. We dont want to fold top pair top kicker, and we also dont want to call it off, because we are typically in poor shape and sometimes drawing dead with 3 cards to both a flush and straight on the board. And when we dont like either option, if we get raised, then we should typically not bet and reopen the betting for the opponent. This is called hand planning and is explained in this video:

Our 3-bet sizing of 4x is unnecessary given that we have position and we use to have more bluffs than values in that position. In this case we have the best semi bluff but 3x would do the work just as fine and control the pot size postflop.
That bring said we are certainly betting this flop for 1/3 or a bit more. On the turn the clubs is not good for our range and we could've checked to see a river and maybe try a hero call there.
Once we bet turn and get raised on a monotone board we have no room but to fold to villain's bluffs and values.

I agree with people saying that the 3-bet sizing is a bit large. Even though the flop is not the best, I'd bet since villain might have a flush draw and I don't want to give away a free card. Flop is awful and I'd just check. If villain bets I'd have a tonight decision which would depend on the size of the bet.

Preflop a 3x 3 bet is fine vs standard V as it gives them the opportunity to 4 bet wider ranges --if they never 4 bet then go even bigger with your 3 bet.
Flop smashes their flat range and we have limited outs to improve. I would want data on V tendencies to over fold under pairs on the flop before I bet.

This sizing is good vs skilled players, how likely is this player skilled at 2nl?
What range did you target on flop to fold? How should we now target the new condensed range on this turn? IE what worse K called the flop?

What are we value targeting with this sizing?

When we bet we want to think about our hand strength vs V's range strength. V has flushes- straights- sets- two pairs and combo draws second pair + flush draw. We have TPTK is that a spot where we want to keep building the pot? Why bet when mostly strong hands continue? Where are we getting our Value from?:geek:
