No read on villain. He just sat down (literally first hand). $10 effective stack.

I get 7s7d on HJ. I open to 28c. Only BB (villain) calls.

AsKhQc flop. I am not loving it. He chks, I cbet 39c cent to hope to get a fold since theoretically I have the range advantage here. If called, I am gonna slow down and fold to any bet.

Turn's 6d. Check check.

River is 7c, which is bingo for me. He bets pot $1.32, which I thought hm AQ for value or AJ/AT overplay? He didn't 3bet preflop so I didn't think he has AA-QQ. So I decided to raise to $3.21. Then he shoves and I go damn shoulda just called.

I lose to TJ and the three big PPs. Basically would be calling about $6. Since he didn't 3bet it seems like it's just TJ that's most likely. Honestly I didn't even consider TJ until the shove. I was just thinking nice I got a 2 outer!

I decided to call.

Which was the worst? The river raise or the call to the shove? Or the action before that?

On the river we shouldn't be raising unless it is a non connected board. And when villain jams we fold. We had two opportunities to leave but once we raised river first it's because our intention already was to go all in no matter what.
But the hand was well played (til the river)

Preflop I think is fine. Flop I think can be improved but let's talk about that last. Turn is fine. River raise is also fine.

Should you call the all-in? It's close, but probably not? If I'm reading this right, you need to be good here about 1/3d of the time. Almost no one raises the River as a bluff, but there are some hands that could raise for value that you beat, like AK, AQ, and KQ. The problem is that those are likely to be 3bet. If you knew Villain flats everything, it's probably a call. Seems quite close either way; I don't think you need to worry about this.

I think the Flop bet deserves more criticism. You've bet 39cts into 63, which is 61% pot. I think that's a pretty bad sizing; the crappy overcards that Villain has would fold to a 33% cbet, and the draws and pairs aren't going to fold to this bet either, so sizing up accomplishes nothing. I think a small bet (like 20ct) has a lot of merit (fold out the garbage overcards), and very large bet (like 70ct) also has some merit; but going medium I don't like at all.

I think everything was done correctly, except for the call of the push on the river. At NL 10 it is very rare to bluff the whole stack, and he would not push 2 pairs here, but would simply call your raise. And his whole play looked exactly like TJ.

Preflop - size too big
Flop- cbet way too big
Turn - fine
River - i think it's fine to raise but you must fold to the 3bet which is basically only ever JT
