I have TsTd on SB. 100BB deep. Just my 8th hand at the table.

UTG opens to 40c.

All fold to me.

Against a UTG 4x open, without a good feel against this particular villain, I decided to flat. BB comes along.

6d7dTc flop.

On this wet flop I decide to lead 2/3 pot. I feel like if UTG has a big PP, he might interpret my donk bet as AT, KT and raise me.

No brainer bet here right? I don't wanna risk having it checked down and a scary turn card comes. Then I would be OOP in an uncomfortable situation. So I am looking to increase the pot right now.

BB calls, and to my delight UTG shoves. I am thinking he does have an overpair. Easy call for me as only 89 beats me. BB calls.

So it was a 3way all in on the flop.

BB has As9d (I marked him after this hand) and UTG had only Kd7d. An odd 4x UTG open for him as he didn't play like this before, though it was not a huge sample size

I don't mind just calling in this spot pre, though 3bet also OK.

Post flop, I wouldn't donk. Go for a check raise or check call depending on sizing. Sure it worked this time, but you will win way more getting a cbet from AJs etc that would otherwise fold to your donk. You will probably.stack an overpair either way

Our donk bet here is fine. We could have gone for even a larger sizing to try to make one of the opponents to fold and we get a heads up pot.
Now if UTG will interpret our donk bet as AT, KT, etc depends on the player: for a more consistent average regular, leads like this one we are making usually means that we own two pairs or sets along with potential semi bluffs as SD and FD.
Anyway, as long as we have plenty of bluffs here, most of players will call or even raise it, which is pretty awesome for us.
Nice hand, well played and the results don't matter at all.
