My problems with Intertops

Recently I signed up with intertops.
Unfortunately first impressions are not good.

1) They are too queasy in their document requests
As many sites, they requested information that helps to identify me and my address.
So I send them my house tax request from municipality (for address proof).
Turns out it isn't good enough ! It is older than 2 months !
"A proof of address (utility bill or Bank Statement should be no older than two (2) months)", they say.
Why two months ? Why not two weeks ? I may have moved to another place a week ago.
Problem is, I get my tax bill once a year. No other bills. No address on my bank statements.

2) Software is unreliable.
It crashed two times in two hours. Not in two months as you may think.
I played poker on Stars, 888, william hill and some other sites.
Can't remember any such case on these sites.

Yeah I liked Intertops but eventually moved away from it to other sites in past few weeks. Software wasn't too bad for me but it got old playing 6-max only poker 95% of the time against the same dozen or so players and then tried to withdraw and the absurd amount of paperwork, a bill with address, ID/passport (and list of every debit/credit/payment card method ever used on the site!) before you can withdraw even for bitcoin.

I still think they run an honest game but it's just lacking traffic and too many hoops to get money in and out and it leaves a bad taste in mouth sometimes when you see the same few usernames consistently raking in the money as they've got their niche figured out there real well.

I thought they must be good cause CC promote them.

Supernatural ?
Of course not. If they would ask me to send them the picture of my dog, I wouldn't evaluate it as supernatural, but rather strange instead

Of course not. May be you should look at some other sites to be able to compare

Now a lot of poker rooms ask for a set of documents at least 3 pieces
Passport / id, utility bills / photo with document in hand
So this is normal in the future will require even more

The last time I played on the Revolution Network I saw a player sitting alone at a 6-max cash table so I sat down with $100, played a few hands then someone else jumped in and I noticed they weren't playing against each other, they were just double-team ganging up on me so I looked to see where they were located and surprise, surprise they were from the same town. So yeah, either they were the same person or buddies who gang up and take peoples money... either way I sat out then other people started jumping on the table so I warned them and they kept playing like morons and lost all their cash. Since then I have only play MTTs on Revolution but since I can't seem to get money off from their site I don't even bother anymore.

So if I was you I would steer clear of the cash tables.

More problems

They say my deposit was too big (25 euros I deposited about week before) and my limit too small for my account and they cannot raise my limit cause my Utility Bill was too old.

So I decided to withdraw some 20 euro from my account to streamline the things before I could provide fresher Utility Bill.

I was pleasantly surprised that only two workdays are necessary for them to ponder on my request.
So I looked today and (surprise!) some unknown mystical error was happened in they'r system what which prevented them for accomplishing my request.

So I send them email and I hope they will resolve this problem soon

This time response was fast.
Turns out that I must send them a new bunch of papers to review and decide if I can get my money back

For example proof that my neteller account from which I deposited is really mine.
Seems that they suspect that I deposited from someone else's account

I'm afraid you doesn't qualify for a withdrawal on Intertops.

BTW they approved my documents and now I can withdraw. Not all of my funds of course, there are limits set, but nevertheless it's a progress !

Hi, I have a lot of experience with Intertops
They can send for confirmation an extract from the bank or a contract for a phone number that is main there so that your address is indicated, I checked the address with the phone contract

I chose to stay away from Intertops Poker for different reasons and now I see that they require things no other trustworthy and popular online poker room would.So,I made a correct decision.

Like others have said, ANY ROOM you sign up for has these requirements when you cash out. This is not an Intertops problem this is a YOU problem, sorry for your bad luck though. There is no traffic here, but games softness and rakeback makes this one of the best rooms to play at.

My hopes were premature.
I put a withdrawal request 6 days ago, looked today, nothing happened.
Zilch, zero, nada, ničevo, nekas.

Previous time there was "unexpected error", this time nothing.
E-mailed them, no answer so far.

It is starting to get interesting.
Could it be that Intertops has learned from Full Flush how to manage user deposits ?

Didn't read T&C.

"If a Net Rake (rake minus bonuses) of 10% of the deposited amount has not been accumulated before requesting a cash out, INTERTOPS may decline the cash out."

Can't find where I can see my generated rake, may be it is top secret information

They brag about some rake calculator, but link goes to empty page

They reckoned right, I was so upset that all I wanted was to cash out and forget about them.
Now, when I decided to generate that rake, I found out that their tournaments are incredibly soft and I decided to play them for some time
