Well I haven't posted anything for a while and today I've got the grill on high heat.
pokerstars Support staff is a big joke!! They are all to familiar with taking the money from you very quickly and leaving you high and dry when you need something from them.
Let's observe my most recent experience with these morons. I sent in a request to have a playing limit imposed. Meaning I would only be able to play a certain stake limit which is the responsible thing to do when I'm a losing player.
They then decide to not respond for 4 days and also send this email to me.

I swear its pathetic especially when the site advertises 24/7 support available. I am pretty sure it's just 2 or 3 idiots rotating and managing different departments and just changing their email signature.
So not only has my limits not been established but in the confusion they've "kindly temporarily disabled my account".
All I'm saying is its already a wishy washy site with no direct phone lines for person to person support considering the amount of money that changes hands you think they could afford phones!! I can totally see why Negraneau tactfully and gracefully just slipped out the back door and is no longer an ambassador to Jokerstars.
Get your act together Pokerstars you should know better. I'm starting to see why people have no faith in online poker anymore with this kind of disrespect to their customers who float their bills. Not only that but I've managed to watch players during down time and games are dying so fast. People sit down maybe rake in a stack and then hit n' run breaking the entire game as one after the other follows suit. It's f^kig disgusting!

This is not the first time either. I've worked and have my fair share of experiences in the service industry and this is a tragic disgrace to our beloved game of poker I'm ashamed to be a part of this community.
