HUD not working on ZOOM after Pokerstars update

Hello.
After i had to switch to pokerstars.ro, and use the PS.ro client the PT4 hud not working on Zoom tables (it works fine at regluar cash table and tournament table).
I noticed that after i stop PT4 the hand history log file just disappear from the log directory.

Any advice?

Better seek some help with pokertracker forum. They can give you much more help than here. Also try to search the problem on the forum it can be a past issue that is already solve or has an instruction on how to fix it.

poker stars will not involve themselves with fixing someones tracking software and HUD like PT4.

Contact PT4 Support. There usually pretty good at solving issues with your HUD

I've never been able to get the PT4 HUD to work at Zoom tables. I assumed that was by design as the software would have to work at Warp speed to keep up.

If PT4 don't work at Zoom tables try this --> first start PT4 and after that open PokerStars. Sometimes this will solve the problem.
