Once I was reading the news on the Pokerstasrs.com and it was about the reward and bonus for those who is depositing for the first time. Then i opened the new account (333888333 my user name) and deposit 30$ into my account by using the code STARS600. And suddenly they freezy my account while I was playing spin and go. The bet was 28$ which is not a small amount of money but they freezed my account without any permission. This freaking reward or bonus thing is just a trap to rob your money by attracting. Do I have right to take my money back? Please some one give me the advice :confused::confused::confused:

Acording rules of poker stars, You can have only one account on Poker Stras. Therfore probably acciunt was blocked.

They will refund your deposit plus winning but will deduct all the bonus you received. Your new account will remain frozen they may allow you to log in to do withdrawal/transfer then that account will be deleted. If this is your first offense of doing this you will get a warning. If it is not they will review your activity and may ban you permanently or suspend your other account for a time frame.

You may only have one account on pokerstars that is why frozen.

The deposit code is for new players only it is not a scam it is legitimate.

Pokerstars froze my account 10 days ago, I had logged in from Thailand.

I have confirmed the log they sent me is 100% correct, I confirmed where I logged in and requested they unfreeze the account, yet 10 days later they have not unfrozen the account and have not had the decency to return any of my 10 emails (both to security and support)

I find their level of customer support to be appallingly bad and arrogant.

does anyone have a telephone number I can call to a real person.

It was necessary to carefully read the conditions when first registered. I do not know what comments you will write. The fact that you do not know the rules does not mitigate punishment.
