I have just bought sng wizard 2 and have both standalone versions (1 & 2) and the integrated version with HEM2. Whilst I understand how this progam could be useful, I can't exactly figure out how to use it very well. Does anyone know of any online tutorials for the integrated HEM2 version online anywhere that are in English as there are multiple foreign language ones but seemingly few english ones

Yeah... I've looked at those links but they're not very helpful. I want to understand more about applying a range to a player. For example, if a player is VPIP 29 and PFR 24 then what range should I assign. Another problem I'm having is that a hand is showing an error yet when I review it in the hand reviewer it says push and that I pushed so why does it show as an error?

This isn't something I personally can help with. It is a theory/strategy question that can vary a lot depending on a lot of factors (other stats, stakes, number of players at the table, positions, etc). As such it is something best asked in a strategy forum for your games/stakes IMO.

If you continue to have problems please zip up and email the problem hand histories with details of the issue you are experiencing or a link to the relevant thread and send it to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

When sending any hand history files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is too big to attach to an email please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox or filedropper and send us the download link.

If our techs can't figure out the problem we can forward it to the SNGW developer for you to see if he can find the cause of the problem.

Thanks Fozzy71... I shall do this when I get some time...On the upside... at least I'm looking at some rather dubious plays I've been making that I wouldn't have looked at prior to buyin sngwiz

Hi Fozzy71. I've tried several times to send stuff to priority support without success regarding the above issue and another issue. I've tried from 2 different computers all to no avail. The page seems to take forever after clicking the "submit priority support ticket" button. Is there another way I can send this in?
