Anyone had a problem with BetOnline Payout?

Hey all. First post. So, been playing on BetOnline for about 2 months and decided to request a $2500 cash out. First it took about 3 days to process, according to them. As of last Thursday it was supposed to be approved. Well, since then Ive called everyday and spoken with someone who tells me something different. One person will tell me the check will be here by the end of the week. Another will tell me 15 business days. Another one tells me the check is on hold (but cant tell me why).
I keep getting the felling I am just getting the run around. Nobody knows what there doing or can give me accurate (and consistent) information. I am really close to filing a dispute with my bank about the deposits made.
Can anyone reassure me skeptism or calm my nerves? Also heard horror stories about the cashier's checks they mail bouncing.
Any and all advise or experiences will help. Thank you!

After Black Friday, a lot of sites are taking awhile to make payouts. I would give it some more time.

Avoid Betonline

I would strongly avoid using Betonline. They lie about bonus especially new sign up bonus'. After you sign up and then use the bonus which they tell you in not a rollover but rather a signup free bonus suddenly turns out to be a rollover bonus. So no you have to roll 6 times your deposit plus the measley $45 bonus. SBO should drop them in their rating to the bottom. I use two other online sites and never had an issue. Their customer service at betonline is a joke.

Avoid they lie and misrepresent when it comes time for a pay-out.

I have not tried to withdrawel as I have been on the site only a short time. Hopefullt someone will give you a success story. Good Luck.

If you do a search (using the search function, just above the pokerstars advert) for BetOnline you will see that various people have had difficulties.

If you see that someone has opened an account here just to comment on your thread, i.e. they only have a post count of 1 or 2, then I would probably not value their opinion quite as highly as I do the regular members here. That's just me though, I tend to be a bit of a cycnic at times. Obviously I am always delighted to see new members, but putting their first post in a thread like this one, or the rigtard thread, will inevitably cause me to put a mental question mark next to their username until they have made quite a few more posts.

on the same subject of payouts, how quick are the payouts on americas cardroom on yatahay network, any ideas?

I believe there are other posting on cardschat about problems with Betonline.

In reference to sites that request - driver's licenses, utility bills, passports, credit cards etc. to with draw money I would be extremely careful. You have no idea who you are giving the copy of the documents to or how they are going to be used. These are the necessary documents to conduct an identity theft. I've had reps. at various companies advise they ask for the doc. for my safety - one finally did admit it had nothing to do with customer safety but to protect the company. To the others I ask why if this was for my safety where they not asking for the documents before I deposited on the site. None could or would provide an answer.

If I go to any other online business and make a purchase, I have yet to asked for identity docs. to get a refund. MY guess is they are selling the information to companies that data-mine - at least I hope that is all they're doing..

Man, I warned everyone to stay away from this site months ago considering its affiliation with Action Network.

I have no horse in this race, but CC has a link to BOL and a relationship with them, that being said I have not heard 1 good thing about them. I would invite anyone who has had a positive experience with them to post and defend them.

Looks like Betonline use their own cashier, so basically you are only playing with the Action players, or am I missing something else? Considering the amount of fish I see here I don't see how this is a bad thing.

Anyone have any success ever getting a payout? This site seems like such a scam, I don't know how they have customers when they never give people their money. I keep sending e-mails asking for information about where/when is my check coming, never get a response.

Frustrated beyond reason

I have been trying to withdraw for 3 weeks and it's always "documents are too blurry". The last time I sent was from my work printer in color clear as hell.

I had read positive reviews when I first signed on but wish I looked here first.
have any of you gotten paid at all?

Do I have any options to force payment?

dont know about betonline but bovada paid me took them about 9 1/2 weeks to get check another good site is sportbook.com havent used them in about 1 yr just requested 345.00 from sportbook i will let you know if i get it another thing i dont think it is a good idea to tell your bank about wanting your money back they will investigate it against the law to play in us or maybe i am wrong but think about it please let me know if betonline pays you i was thinking about trying them

MAn, I wish I would have investigated first!!

Where do I start! Won a BIG horse race, they falsified the ticket!!! Bet $2 on a horse that was a 90 to 1 odds to win, and HE DID!! I had boxed it with a trifecta! and the other horses I chose came in 2nd and 3rd!! The Horse's number was 4 and they changed the bet card to say I bet on Horse 3!! It was about a $1,500 win.

But it gets better from there. I started playing their BINGO and when I would HIT their required win, it would just say BINGO!! I had over 60 of these. I sent them a picture of EVERY ONE of them. And that was about a week ago. Called about 20 times now, and written them God knows how many times!

I keep getting SERIOUS run around and it sounds like its being ran by a bunch of gangsters, not an organization!!

DONT KNOW ABOUT BETONLINE I USED BOVADA AND SPORTBOOK.COM THEY PAY BOVADA SLOWER PAY BUT SPORTBOOK.COM PAYS IN ABOUT 6 WEEKS ALREADY GOT 2 CHECKS LET ME KNOW IF BETONLINE PAYS YA

There have been chronic complaints against BetOnline in the past from lots of different people. I suggest going over to 2+2 there are a few there as well. I would generally stay away from the site because all I've seen is some pretty shady stuff.

To Clarify, I'm just looking for a good Texas Hold'em. I don't need sport betting or anything else. So does 2+2 do poker?

And another thing, I will NEVER use MyPayLinQ. So ANY service using them I will NOT use. Those guys are total jerks and rip off artists!!

A Miracle!

So after months of dicking around a miracle occurred. I got a hold of a customer service person who was very interested and instrumental getting this resolved.
Robert at ext. 2684, maybe he can help you.

I GOT PAID!!
They sent it through Moneygram & it worked.
They also paid stop check & processing fees so I got it all.

I had like $75 left bet it all, lost it and don't give a rat's ass lol.
Need less to say I am done and I sincerely hope you all get some satisfaction.

Hi everyone, Im new here and when I think about Bet Online I would say that in my view this is the worst poker room I've ever been....few weeks ago I just simply closed my BetOnline account.
